Description

For quick and easy mounting and dismounting of cutting tools, in tool holders. The system uses rollers and a cam mechanism, which lock the tool holder, making it self-clamping and therefore suitable and ideal for HSK forms E and F (these have no cams) and also suitable for e.g. CAPTO holders. This model is for  ISO20; we also have other types for other sizes. Also suitable for other tool holders such as SK (DIN 69871), HSK (forms A, B, C, D, E, F), polygon CAPTO, MAS/BT (JIS B 6339) and CAT (ANSI B5.50)  

Component properties :

  • For simple and safe blocking of tools. The device uses rollers, which clamp on the outside of the tool holder. This allows you to easily and quickly loosen or tighten collets.

  • Holder Diameter: 30mm

  • Suitable for ISO20 tool holders

  • Suitable for any tool holder with an outer diameter of 30mm
